It's so spacious, decorated with old fashioned charm. The location is fantastic with a dramatic view. The owner is very pleasant and takes his time with you. We had a nice 2 days.

People who like very firm mattresses will like this one. Not so much our thing though. A quite easy thing to fix would be the bedding. It's a synthetic fiber rather than cotton which is something I've only seen in accomodation when backpacking in Asia. Finally, be aware that if you try it too late in the day, the old building probably doesn't have enough hot water for you to have a bath. Nevertheless, we read all these things in other reviews before we came and for the price and all the positives, we're still quite happy with our choice.

Amazing location with great view

Very nice place to stay. It’s in the heart of Karlovy Vary center and close to the main attractions. Very clean and beautiful interior Czech style. The responsible guy Jindřich Barta welcomed us nicely and took his time to explain us where to go in the city ❤️

Spacious and clean apartment, placed in a good location in the city. It consists of a living room, bedroom and a spacious bathroom, but I do not recommend it for older people, due to very steep stairs and no elevator. Upon arrival, you can collect your keys from the host, who owns a luxury clothing store on the ground floor of the building. You have to pay extra for a parking place, but it is close to the apartment. Despite its central location, it is quiet at night and the streets are practically empty after 10 p.m. The furnishing of an apartment is a matter of taste, and there is no arguing with that - I didn't like it, but my mother did.

We really didn't like the attitude of the host who entered the apartment during our absence - even though he hadn't agreed on it with us and we didn't want it at all. During our stay, a glass vase fell over and broke. It was an ordinary glass vase and we immediately told the host about it. Instead of the usual in such cases: "nothing really happened", the owner demanded an additional fee of EUR 20. The goodbye was very unpleasant. Even though a lot of time has passed since our stay (I didn't want to give an opinion in emotion), the bad taste remains. I have never been treated in such a rude way, especially my mother was very embarrassed about it. For this reason - if you want to relax on holiday, instead of getting stressed, avoid this place.
