Ładnie urządzony, wyremontowany apartament w kamienicy w dobrej lokalizacji. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wygodna łazienka, dużo mebli do schowania rzeczy, dobrze zaciemniające zasłony. Przy obiekcie mały, zadbany ogródek, wygodny, zamykany parking po drugiej stronie ulicy. W apartamencie pomyślano o wszystkim, nie jest wyposażony „na sztukę” w sprzęty, jest wszystko, żeby można było w pełni korzystać - tabletki do zmywarki, kapsułki do pralki, w kuchni napoje w lodówce, kawa, herbata, przyprawy, itd. Drobne przekąski na wieczór to naprawdę uroczy gest. Przyjeżdżając po długiej podróży zastaje się wszystko co potrzebne, w najlepszym wydaniu plus jeszcze więcej- miłą atmosferę. Tym miejscem zarządza osoba, która wie jak przyjąć i ugościć swoich klientów.
