The room #6 was nicely refurbished.

A number of things could be improved. Daily housekeeping- there’s was no house keeping carried out for the whole 6days. I had to request clean towels and then only provided 1set. Tea/coffee making - only a kettle and cups provided. Nothing was replenished. Tap water - the tap water is supposed to be drinkable as it comes from underground but is yellow and smells - I personally do not believe this is “mineral water” as informed. Bathroom- has drainage smell Room - the bed has been placed under the eaves and both myself and partner are tall. Numerous time I hit my head and shoulder attempting to get in and out of the bed. You need to enter the bed from the bottom. The room has no air conditioning which makes it unbearable when the temperature is above 20degrees with being south facing No wardrobe available in the room only drawers. English spoken- this is not completely true for 5days there was no one available that spoke English at all.

Excellent lady at the reception desk. Tasty food and wine. Spacious room. Calm at night.

Some pieces in the room are too worn out and need replacing.

The staff were very nice, the restaurant serves delicious meals and the room was surprisingly big for the price. This place is an absolutely perfect example for value for money :)

The wooden bed frame is not for short-legged people like myself. Got some nice bruises :) The mattress was great though.

very friendly and helpful staff, nice, clean and comfortable rooms, very good meals, great breakfast, located in a little quiet village, surrounded by woods, close to Opava and Ostrava

not too busy, but still noisy road, when your windows are facing it and need to be open at night, you will need ear plugs.
