"It was a great stay, clean , tidy well equipped kitchenette, nice bathroom, comfortable beds. Mini golf attached. Excell"

It was a secure property with plenty of private parking. It was only around 1.6km from the city centre. We called the property on arrival and we’re shown the lockbox.

We had to call the staff to open the lockbox for the key.I would have preferred that the pin was sent to us prior.

Keys were handed over in person

We had to use Google Translator to communicate - Because of the weather the rooms were hot so it would have been helpful to place fans in the rooms
