Apartmány Starák v historickém centru Znojma

The location is really nice, the apartment seemed to be nicely equiped.

After checking in already 30 min after the advertised check-in time, we were surprised with a dirty apartment that was not cleaned from the previous stay. I contacted the host and they insured me that the cleaning staff should come any minute and that they will contact me as soon as the apartment is clean. This never happened, and given their policy about no money back after reservations, I had to resolve the issue with booking.com, who were kind enough to rebook us in another place for the night. Equally, booking.com was also not capable of contacting the host, as well as the host not replying to my messages on the platform. I'm disappointed by the host more than anything, as the apartment seemed to be kind of nice. Shame. As of this point, I just hope I can get my money back, as this is somewhat not clear to me.

trochu divočina s parkováním přes vánoční období, ale i tak se dalo řešit v blízkém dosahu.
