"Disgusting place"

Location is great and consists of a kitchen.

This place is filthy. Super dusty, stains here and there and smelly. It also needs to have a good maintenance, as most things there are seriously worn out or broken; holes in the duvet cover, holes and stains in the towels. The bathroom ventilation stays on 24/7, which is quite noisy. We were also left with 1/4 roll of tissue paper for 2 nights!

"Cozy and central. Definitely worth a stay."

The hosts offer a cozy and central apartment here. The instructions provided made it easy to find the keys and get into the apartment. I gives a safe impression. Only people with the actual key can get into certain regions from the building, which is at least a deterrent for any person coming and going. The apartment gives a clean impression. The bedsheets and cushion covers seemed maintained, clean and fresh, same for the bathtub/shower and certainly the rest of the place. With a couple of exceptions mentioned in the not-so-good points. There is also a soothing forever-on fan above the kitchen, which in the mornings might even sound like rain. Not disturbing for sure. The kitchen is very convenient and it provides a nice place for breakfast or dinner, with a very nice view either from the sunrise or sunset. TV and internet are normally things I never use during my stays, but seemed available. I would certainly stay here again. Much better than some hotels in the surrounding area.

The cleanliness could be improved as there are certain areas which seem to be forgotten from the cleaning hand, but these are areas which you normally would not use or are out of reach. One discomfort I had was the clunking (almost like throwing stones) noise of the drainage, which ruins between the kitchen and bathroom, whenever someone flushed.

"Great stay for Spiel Essen"

Great location, right on top of the trainstation and shopping centre. Also easy to reach, and great communication with the hosts.

The beds were a tad too soft, and it was a tad too warm in the accommodation. Though, we understood that the latter is building wide, so the hosts couldn't do anything about that.
