Pro účel návštěvy výstaviště FLORA je poloha velmi vhodná. Pokud by bylo kde zaparkovat, tak naprosto ideální.

Ačkoli by to mohl být hezký pokoj, tak neexistující údržba, špatný úklid, low-cost vybavení a nezájem o servis vybavení degraduje toto ubytování na úroveň "přežití bez potěšení". Je to škoda. Zjevná je kapitulace! Kalkul, že "on si to stejně někdo objedná" a pocit, že "to stačí". Jak dlouho? Komu? Lze snadno zlepšit! Stačil by pořádný úklid a hodinový manžel na 3h a dojem by byl o tři body vyšší.
