Luxury Oasis, Sauna, AC and Free Parking

The apartment is in old building at excellent location, right beside a nice park. The markets are nearby and the town centre is on walking distance. The tram station is just across the building. Parking space in backyard is really useful. The apartment is cosy and quiet and has all necessary equipment (coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine...). Brno is beautiful town, and we hope we will have the opportunity to visit it again.

The apartment is on the attic so you have to go by elevator to the 3rd and then by foot to the 4th floor. There are no regular windows just roof windows. The entrance in the apartment by code was real trouble. You have to type two different codes at the building main entrance and at the apartment entrance. We have spent 10 minutes trying to get in the apartment several times during our stay. It is a complication and inconvenience, especially if you travel with children. One whole day there was no water in the apartment. Furthermore, the owner was quite specific and we did not feel comfortable. Our child spilled the juice on the bedsheets by accident and of course we were ready to pay cleaning. We paid it next day, but the behaviour and appearance of the owner were unpleasant and meddlesome, leaving us with feeling like we were at the police station. He even charged us for the cheap broken glass from Ikea, which was something I never experienced before (by the way, we travel a lot). After this, I started to prefer strongly staying in the hotels reather than in private apartments.

Very comfortable bed, easy access, all was as promised. Cozy spot for 3 days, good free coffee to start, thank you! Convenient to walk to city center.we

No windows to open since it's under the roof. Some issues with flushing the toilet, we bought a plunger. Supplies in the shower were empty.

Everything was good and clean.

There is no elevator to the 4th floor where the apartment is. The sauna door is a bit too small to enter for a bigger person.

Bathroom was a good size and well fitted. Lovely kitchen and it was nice to have milk on arrival and oils/salt/pepper for cooking as we had a baby so didn't always go out. Bedding was lovely. Two tvs was a bonus. Internet was perfect. Electric towel rail was great as we had to do washjnv with a baby. We give it 5 stars

Instructions to get in could be more thorough. For front entrance it fails to mention how to unlock: key symbol, code, key symbol and doesn't mention on the front entrance instruction that front door opens door inside for a short time period. We arrived vey late with a baby so things took longer than was ideal. The door to the apartment was jnitially difficult to open. You have to enter the code quickly. Apartment was lovely.

Great accomodation, couple minutes from the heart of the city. Very interesting space with open timber trusses throughout. Sauna is awesome and very unusual for an apartment. Included parking spot is also a rare find this close to the city center.

Slow internet at times.

perfect location, parking spot provided, the most comfortable bed and pillows, all the necessary amenities disponible (dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, iron), Nespresso capsules, tea, bottle of nice wine as a present and the sauna was fabulous!

Really everything was perfect! Very clean, very well equipped apartment, cosy but roomy in the attic. The accommodation is in fact as nice as shown in the pictures provided. Check-in and check-out is as easy as getting home to your own place and handled very well by the owner. Since the weather was rather nasty the sauna was literally the cherry on the cake - very well functioning and of course nice and clean as the rest!
