"Retro Flair mit viel Platz"

Die Unterkunft bietet sehr viel Platz, nicht nur zum Schlafen sondern auch für das gemeinsame Beisammensein sein.

Die Außenanlage, bzw. Der Zugang zum Haus wirkt etwas verwildert und der Weg zum Haus bietet, vor allem unbeleuchtet, einige Stolperfallen. Der kleine Balkon wirkt etwas überfüllt mit den zusätzlichen Liegestühlen und dem Tischgrill.

Sehr schöne Lage im Stadtteil Blasewitz, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung in die Innenstadt, stimmige Ausstattung der Fewo: Gründerzeitmöbel, passendes Geschirr...sogar ein Adventskranz für das Nikolauswochenende-ganz herzlichen Dank

Leider steht das tolle Haus an einer sehr Verkehrszeichen Strasse

"Für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern nicht geeignet."

Die Lage ist sehr gut, parken kann man am Hintereingang kostenlos.

Die Wege auf dem Grundstück sind sehr uneben. Das Grundstück war ungepflegt.Die Treppe in der Wohnung ist sehr alt und knarrt laut bei jedem Schritt. Die Sicherung ist unzureichend. Der Wasserdruck und die Wassertemperatur lassen viel Spielraum nach oben. Es gibt viel unnützes und kaputtes Zeug in der Küche. Die elektrischen Geräte wie Herd und Microwelle wurden lange nicht gesäubert. Die Kissen sind dick und unbequem.

Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung, die Parksituation, der liebevoll verwilderte Garten, der aufmerksame und unkomplizierte Gastgeber - alles war top und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! :) Wir kommen gern (und sicher) wieder. DANKE!!!

Everything was perfect. Great apartments for the family. 4 rooms, 2 kitchen with coffee machine and washing machines. Clean and warm German design
