Meadows Apartments Klínovec

We spent 2 nights in the apartment. It's a beautiful, comfortable and spacious apartment located in about a 15-minute walk (when carrying skies) from the closest "slope" leading to the Damska ski lift. - It was rather quiet despite the proximity to the road. - The view from the window is fantastic. - The apartment is brand new and well-designed. - The kitchen has everything one needs for non-complicated cooking. In general, the apartment is well equipped even for longer stays and has lots of storage space. - The parking area is just outside the building.

- The heating was off in the apartment when we arrived and it took a considerable amount of time to warm the apartment, especially the bedroom. - The water boiler was set to a minimum which we noticed only after the first cold shower. And the boiler is very slow. It would be great to at least inform guests that they need to turn on the boiler upon arrival. - The house, where our apartment was located, turned out to be a bit further away from the ski area than displayed on the map (an extra few hundred meters to carry skies). - Lack of ski storage in the building, meaning that one needs to carry all the equipment upstairs to the apartment. - Though we read in reviews about steep stairs to the bedroom in the apartment, I'd mention it again: the stairs are indeed very steep. - The mattresses were a bit too soft for us.

Sadly I there was no oven in the apartment.

Good location, beautiful, clean and comfortable accommodation.

After arrival heating was set to 16 degrees and during our stay it was repeatedly remotely reduced (From 21 to 16/18 degrees) despite the assurance that the communication issue was resolved.
