We spent one night at this property and unfortunately the stay started quite dramatically – the room temperature was around 15 degrees, and the only working radiator was barely lukewarm. On a very positive note, after I reported the issue, the contact person reacted immediately, moving us to another, warmer room with a slightly higher standard. The problem was resolved quickly and professionally. I originally planned not to leave a review for this reason, but I changed my mind during breakfast. It was served in yet another very cold room – which was best illustrated by the fact that three staff members were walking around in jackets. I ended up eating scrambled eggs and sausages completely cold. The breakfast selection itself was also disappointing – the cheapest own-brand products from Lidl, and for dessert an unpleasant, artificial doughnut that costs only 0.99 PLN in Poland. I chose this place encouraged by the high reviews on Booking, but unfortunately I cannot understand them at all. The building and the overall potential of the property are interesting, but the low-quality breakfast, practically non-existent WiFi, and – worst of all – the cold temperature in the rooms significantly reduce the comfort of the stay. I encourage the owner to personally visit the property in winter, as a guest – perhaps then they will understand where the real problem lies.
