Once ready and renovated, I guess, the apartment will be very nice. It is generally quiet, very central and spacious enough. The landlord is a nice and helpful chap. Free parking is in walking distance. Good internet.

First the landlord tried to move me to another - much smaller - apartment. As I was travelling alone, he said, the one I had booked would be too big. The one I had booked was supposed to be a 2 bedroom apartment, because I like a heated living room and a non heated bedroom. Well, this one had two rooms, but one was not ready yet. Construction material was scattered on the floor and there was no furniture at all. Not a big problem, but that room was facing the quiet side of the house. The one room that remained was facing a construction site and was a bit noisy. Both, the attempt to silently move me to an much smaller apartment and the fact, that my apartment was not finished, make this a well willing 6 only. For the one bedroom apartment, which by the way is already slightly run down, the price was a bit stiff.
