Apartmány Vila Singles

Easy enough to walk to if arriving by train, so long as you known to go to the Horni station, not the city ("Mesto") one. Check-in was straightforward enough; we phoned upon arrival and the friendly host immediately came to the door and showed us to our apartment. The room was spacious - more so than we expected - and well equipped. It was quiet too; we barely heard any other guests. Would happily stay there again.

Didn't entirely enjoy doing the slightly uphill 15 minute walk from the town center to the apartment during a blizzard. :-) (In all seriousness, if it hadn't been for the weather, the little walk from the center would barely have bothered us.)

The owner of the property was very friendly. He let us check in earlier and check out later which made it very nice for our long weekend. He greeted us upon our arrival and was pleasant.

The apartment was very cold. It was a cold weekend with temperatures reaching down to -5c degrees. The cold had entered the apratment through the rather big window, which I would guess provide plenty of sunshine during the summer, but in this case just made us cold. The apartment was equipped with a thermostat which couldn't be adjusted as it was set to a fixed automatic mode, and we had to wear extra clothes indoors. We also missed basic supplies such a coffee/tea/sugar,etc.

It's a beautiful apartement, very clean and cozy and there is free parking in front of the door. I loved the decorations painted on the walls everywhere.

We liked everything, but one possible downside is that the huge window has no curtains, which can be annoying for people who wake up the moment there is daylight.
