Next to the tram, so with the opened windows it can get quite noisy when the tram passes

Convenient location, in the city centre close to all restaurants, bars and sights, only a short tram ride from the train station

The room is beautiful, warm, cosy and really well-located. 4 people could sleep comfortably.

The only problem was that at 13:30 (check-in from 14:00) I received a message that I need to pay a city tax 2€ per person and send the confirmation of bank transfer in order to receive the code to the key box. 2€ is not a problem at all but I think it's very unprofessional to write the message so late. It took a while to answer so our check-in was delayed by a few minutes because of that. Making bank transfer while standing in cold in front of the entrance also wasn't the most pleasant experience.

THE LOCATION

ΤΗΕ building is old the apartmant shaked every time which pass the tram outside,dorsnt has AC ,so the summer days is like sauna!

I liked the old building with genius loci. Amazing location and clean facility. We have really enjoyed the location close to city centre. Bathroom was clean with small issue with hot water (if you wait it works:D)

I did not like the noise. When you have low sleep the trams going just below the window are trouble. After one night we have purchased ear plugs and it was okay. For those who does not have any sleep troubles the noise would be okay.
