Skvelý pomer cena-výkon. Čisté, pohodlné, dostatočne zariadená kuchynka aj celý apartmán. Zariadenie apartmánu je účelne zariadené. Netreba očakávať luxus, ale dizajnovo aj účelovo nadštandardne zariadené.

Mali sme apartmán s veľkým oknom - v lete tam môže byť príliš teplo (apartmán bez klimatizácie). Oproti budove apartmánu je zásobovanie potravín, takže nad ránom začína premávka (mne to nevadilo, manželka sa budila).
