Komunikace a snadný přístup do bytu, blízkost parkování, pískoviště.

Postel tak moc vrzala, že se na ní nedalo spát. Téměř všechno nádobí, které jsem vzala do ruky, bylo špatně umyté. Chyběla houbička na nádobí.
