Great location and lovely apartment

Difficult to find the keys in the lockbox and where the apartment is. Could make it more clearer

1. Just 1 minute walk to Plzen's central square. The tram passes by your window. A small river also flows through the small window. You can watch people walking and resting. If you go by tram, you get off at the Plzen square stop, just walk about 2 minutes to get there. The restaurant is right downstairs, you can eat the best steak and drink the best beer in the city. 2. Staff are very kind. They may let you check in early if possible.

There is no elevator because this is an old house. You need to carry your own suitcase up and down.

Great location, nice rooms

Getting there by car was a challenge. Some roads were closed in a busy town center and the gps got totally confused. We ended up parking in a big garage few hundred meters away and walking with the luggage. Only later we found out how to get there, at least to unload luggage. Sending clear instructions would have been very helpful.

Poor access to double bedroom

It was clean and comfortable.

We are all in our 70s and was not aware of all the stairs. There were 2 curved staircases to get to the apartment and another one to the upstairs bedroom, with the bathroom downstairs. Maybe let guests know in advance.
