Lage, Größe der Zimmer, grundsätzlich schön eingerichtet, Nachfrage des Gastgebers, ob wir Kinderbett oder Hochstuhl benötigen.

Einige Schäden an Schränken und Haustür. Leichter Schimmel in der Dusche. Keine Tür zwischen Flur und Küche, Abstellraum mit Vorhang abgetrennt. Küche und Bad waren recht kalt.

Die Kommunikation vorab war sehr gut mit dem Vermieter.

Es war vorab als Monteurs-Wohnung ausgeschrieben und das sollte es bleiben. Als Ferienwohnung nicht geeignet. Alte Möbel lieblos zusammengestellt. Es riecht sehr stark nach Rauch, Handtücher vorhanden, aber zig Rot-Töne = alt. Hier fehlen Investitionen in die Gemütlichkeit, damit man dazu Ferienwohnung sagen kann. Fernseh-Programm 4 Sender :-( Bei Ankunft viele Spinnen in der Wohnung. Ja, ist Natur, aber damit wirkte die Wohnung wie lange nicht betreten, eine Kleinigkeit, die zum nicht positiven Gesamtbild passt.
