Ferienwohnung am Einsteinhaus Caputh

Die Lage bisschen abseits am Waldrand, sehr ruhig und erholsam. Super Fahrradwege und damit alles gut erreichbar.

The location was excellent. Nice garden, pool and sauna. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Wir waren mit einem Hund unterwegs und der direkte Wald war natürlich hervorragend. Generell empfehlen wir diese Ferienwohnung sehr. Die Ausstattung ist super, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Design + Gemütlichkeit = Wohlfühlfaktor 10. Das große Frontfenster macht diese Wohnung so besonders. Super Architektur. Potsdam ist wirklich nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Wir werden diese Wohnung unseren Freundeskreis herzlichst empfehlen.

Sobre todo la ubicacion del alojamiento, buscabamos un sitio con tranquilidad y en plena naturaleza, era salir de la casa y entrar en el bosque :) Y el sauna :)

Teniamos que tener mucho cuidado con los suelos y superficies de madera. Es todo muy bonito si, pero para evitar que se formen manchas por ejemplo de agua, habia que estar muy pendiente

The bus stop to/from Potsdam station is a short walk to the property. The host was responsive and check-in and out was smooth.

The listing is misleading - you are sharing the property with the host who uses the terrace and garden in front of your quarters with her friends. We felt very exposed. Your quarters are connected to and below the main house, accessed by a steep rocky uncovered path outside from the garage. One day the host's guests had parked their bikes blocking our access to our quarters. The host seemed discouraging of our use of the pool and the day we went to use it, several of her friends were already there, the pool is quite small, and using someone's home space while they have their own guests felt uncomfortable, so we didn't use it. The next day the host had 5 or more guests in the garden in front of us. With the windows looking out to the garden and running along the path to the garage, we felt exposed even inside our space as they were standing around and walking past outside. The bed is two single beds with a sheet covering them to make a double bed which is very uncomfortable for a couple. The rug in the living room had a bad thick old dog smell that would regularly waft up.

The apartment is very cozy and complete. We had such a great time there and wish we had stayed longer. The sauna and all the spa area was just perfect and we enjoyed so much on a cold night.

Living in Berlin, this apartment was the perfect location to relax for a couple of days and disconnect. Waking up with birds in the garden, make it very idelic. Also the apartment has everything what we needed and is located in walking distance to the forest. Also Anja is a very nice host and her kindness made our stay extra wonderful.
