Die Gegend war super

Die Unterkunft war sehr schmutzig, sogar das Geschirr im Schrank mußte erstmal reinigen .Das Rollo im Schlafzimmer ist defekt und konnte nicht hoch gezogen werden, also immer finster

Studio-Apartment: positiv sind die zentrale Lage/kurze Wege, die Ausstattung, die Größe des Apartments (35qm),

Der Balkon ist ein großer Gemeinschaftsbalkon, ohne Abtrennung zu den Nachbarapartments. So kann es passieren, dass der Nachbar nachts rauchend direkt vor dem Fenster steht. Auf dem Balkon gibt es keine Tische, nur Stühle. Nachts durch die zentrale Lage recht laut durch Anlieferverkehr.
