die Lage direkt am Elbufer war für mich optimal da ich schnell über das Blaue Wunder die andere Seite der Elbe erreichen konnte

"Kurzurlaub in Blasewitz"

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, direkt am Elberadweg. Wenige Minuten zum Schillerplatz und sehr gute Verkehrsverbindung in die Innenstadt ,Elbsandsteingebirge, weiisser Hirsch. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, alles da was man so braucht.

Das ist ein eher ein Vorschlag: Der Couchtisch ist viel zu klein. Ein kleiner Kleiderschrank wäre auch gut.

"Tolle Wohnung"

Es war toll. Die Lage, gleich bei der Elbe, war mega. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig und sehr schön.

Für SUV-Fahrer (diese Fahrzeuge passen nicht in die Tiefgarage) wäre ein Hinweis auf die Parkplätze in der nächsten Querstrasse (Am Schillergarten) nützlich, da man direkt an der Fuchs-Straße ein Knöllchen fürs parkieren kriegt. Vermieterin hat das aber sehr kulant gehandhabt.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen..

Es fehlte ein Haartrockner und der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage war für unser Auto nicht geeignet, hätte man in der Beschreibung mit angeben können.

Die Lage der FeWo ist sehr gut, zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Das Auto kann man getrost in der Tiefgarage (sofern es da hinein passt) stehen lassen. Sehr schön ist auch die Terrasse zum draußen sitzen.
