Die zentrale, aber ruhige Lage. Die Größe der Unterkunft. Freiburg selbst. Schnelle Reaktionen bei Problemmeldungen (Stromausfall; fehlerhaft gestartete Notfallsirene; Austausch zusammen gebrochener Holzstuhl (unter 68 kg!))

Ausstattung schlecht: Kein Backherd, keine Spülmaschine, kein Gefrierfach kaum Flair; Deckenlampen haben mich an Büros erinnert; Verbindungstür zur Nachbarwohnung mit breitem Türspalt (und ohne Dämpfung); ... Dusche ohne Rutschmatte; kantige (wenige) Ablagen; schlechter Wasserdruck Der Name Deluxe-Apartement ist keineswegs angemessen - außer beim Preis.

The location was very convenient. About three minutes to the parking(cost about 23 euro for 24 hr) right in the center of the city.

The mattress is very uncomfortable on the right side as it seems to have been used more. It is basically dented so you keep falling to that side. Definitely needs to change the mattress because it was very uncomfortable to sleep.

Excellent location close to supermarkets, shopping and transport. Beware, Germany is closed on Sunday.

I have no complaints, we did have construction next door during the day. We were out most of the day.
