"It is comfortable and enjoyable stay"

Host was extremely supportive all time and easy to reach to provide continuous support. Also apartment location with parking was in very good locations near to each other. Apartment was perfect contains all what you need

"Great location for a night in Freiburg."

Location Bedroom was spacious Light & airy.

Entrance is a bit of a building site, dated & tired - hopefully this will improve. The living area could be designed better especially if you need to use it as a sleeping area too.

"Very central apartment in Freiburg"

Very central and convenient.

It looks much better on the photos. It doesn’t have blackout curtains to cover the windows, just a see-through one. The apartment was really cold and it took a while to warm up. It announced that has car garage but it didn’t have availability. We had to pay 22€.

"Wohnung ok, aber das gesamte Haus ist eine Baustelle"

Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war ok und auch die regionale Lage mitten in der Stadt.

Das Haus wird seit Februar 2025 umgebaut. Es gibt drei Wohnungen auf der Etage, mehr ist nicht vermietet. Ab 7 Uhr morgens war Baulärm. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht und es wurde auf Anfrage ein elektrischer Heizkörper zur Verfügung gestellt. Dieses ist bekannt und wird in der Ausschreibung nicht erwähnt (Betrug?) Der gesamte Zugang bis zur Wohnung ist Baustelle (Eingang ist teilweise zugestellt). Wenn man eine Gutschrift haben will, muss man energisch sein. Man soll erst mit 10 bewerten, dann bekommt man eine Gutschrift (Nötigung?). Spärliche Gardinen, so dass die Bewohnung von gegenüber reinschauen können, speziell wenn morgens Licht an ist.

Le bruit causé par des travaux dans l’immeuble . Un plan de la ville aurait été bienvenu. La wifi marchait très mal.

Trotz ausführlicher Anleitung vom Vermieter: der Schlüsselkasten ist kompliziert. ob zusätzliche Videosequenz helfen würde? vor allem der zur Weite zu drehende Mechanismus und das Drücken.. wir versuchten viele Male. Wohnung ist schlecht isoliert. Es kann rasch heiss und etwas fröstelig werden. Ventilatoren und ein kleiner Zusatz-Elektro-Heizer sind bereit.
