The apartment is comfortable for a family. The kitchen is equipped with all basic needs. Parking space is available with no additional charges. Nice and calm location.

Kitchen stove is very slow to warm up that makes so long to cook the food. No screen for the bathtub. Floor was not that clean and found pet hairs around. No elevator. The steps might be bit uncomfortable for the elderly people.

"Well-placed apartment which can overheat..."

Our apartment - 'Dorothea' - was on the first floor of this old building. Very good location in the quiet New Town, not far from supermarket. Very convenient and clean, with good facilities and free offstreet parking.

Not a good apartment for extreme heat: fans were provided but the ventilation was poor. Bed linen and towels were thin and poor quality. The fridge does not have an icebox. No area to sit out and escape from heat.
