Excellent apartments in Spa City Center 5 min walk from the Colonnade

Arrived in Karlovy Vary to Excellent apartments in Spa City Center 5 min walk from the Colonnade When I opened the box with the Code, it was empty. No Key in the box. I was shocked🙈 And have contacted the Owner. They told me that my Apartment 5 is occupied with another quests. Impossible Situation ‼️ Have started to contacr Booking CustomerService per Email- No answer… My Trip was completely destroyed😔😔😔

Appartement pas pret a 14h40 alors qu il est censé être libre à partir de 14h00 Wc pas propre, tapis de sol sentant très fort l urine , j'ai du le mettre a l'extérieur de l'appartement durant mon séjour Draps de lits tâches , tâches blanches avec odeur nauséabonde.... Lit double du sejour , matelas et sommier indignes d être proposé a la location, bruyants, confort proche du neant Rideaux déchirés dans cuisine. Cheveux dans la salle de bain et cendrier non vide Obligation de payer la taxe de séjour en cash,

Clear and detailed instructions about arriving at the location,self check in and check out and parking options.The location of the apartment is great,just a short walk from the Colonnade.There's a handy supermarket just around the corner.Pizza restaurant as well.The apartment is big and spacious.Beds were comfortable and we loved how quiet and peaceful the nights were.

The property has potential,but the overall cleanliness of the apartment needs improvement,particularly in the bathroom( mold in the shower cabine and shower doors) and under the beds( heavy dust under the beds). Some of the linens and bath towels could be replaced because they are worn out.

The price was excellent, communication very good and super spacious,highly recommended

Mieszkanie super z bardzo wygodną sypialnią, dużą łazienką, czyste, ze wszystkim, co potrzeba. Widać starania gospodarza, żeby uprzyjemnić pobyt (np. liczne lampki oprócz głównego światła). Mieszkanie blisko głównych atrakcji, parkowanie z tyłu bez problemu (w kwietniu były wolne miejsca), w pobliżu market i przystanek autobusowy.

Bardzo stroma ulica, co może sprawiać trudności osobom o słabszej kondycji, mniej sprawnym. Może wyjściem byłoby korzystanie z autobusu miejskiego. Z centrum jedzie autobus, a przystanek jest blisko, potem tylko trochę w dół. Chcieliśmy wieczorem, po całym dniu chodzenia, skorzystać z tej opcji, ale spóźniliśmy się na autobus.
