Vila Věrka

That's such a great setting for our large family of five. Nice gesture was a bottle of wine and chocolate for the kids. Kitchen is fully set-up, as at home, there is even a cake backing tray. Extremely clean and stylish with nice garden for the kids to play. Fantastic location, close to the bus stop for convenient travel to and from various entrance to české švýcarsko, park just behind the house, easy walk to the railway station and restaurants. Highly recommended!

The vila is on the main street and it gets a bit noisy in the morning, but nothing dramatic.

Possibly the best equipped holiday flat we've ever stayed in! Full range of kitchen equipment including a very good coffee machine, a washing machine (useful on a cycling holiday), super comfy beds, a secure garage for our bicycles. Even a bottle of wine as a welcome gift on our arrival :) The little town Krasna Lipa is a great base for exploring "Bohemian Switzerland" and has shops, restaurants and the Tourist Information where you can get maps etc.

We had to sleep with the windows closed because of noise from the road, and from a nearby farm with what sounded like a large number of dogs, which barked loudly on and off all night. As the apartment was very clean and fresh it was not really a problem to have the windows closed but it might be a problem in hot weather. The apartment was beautifully clean on our arrival except for the washing machine which had obviously not been cleaned, there was a partly used laundry capsule and some leftover bits of tissue paper in the machine.

Apartments are freshly renovated. All clean, all shine. Good coffeemaker, tea, sugar, salt, paper are avaliable - small details, but make a difference. Kitchen fully equipped.We got a bottle of wine, as a Christmas gift - which was very kind. And there were a lot of winter-season decorations, lights and toys - that create a holiday atmosphere.

You couldn't lock toilet&bathroom. When you travel with kids, or 2 pairs (like we did) - awkward situation inevitable happen. No privacy in bathroom - bad choice. And there is no way to move 2 single bad together, if you used to sleep together. But overall impressions are good.
