It has been the best accomodation we have ever been to. The location, view on Ochsenfurt, balcony and inside were absolutely great!

I’d asked for restaurant recommendations to celebrate a birthday and the owner had left bottle, flowers and happy birthday balloon to welcome us- v thoughtful! Also the view, the privacy, furniture and fittings - all excellent and made for a perfect stay.

The location, the communication with Bruno and the cozy but stylish apartment were amazing!

The property is exquisite, private, modern, well set out. It exceeds expectations in all areas. I met the owner, Bruno.... what a helpful, nice guy. If you choose this place to stay, you will not be disappointed.

we stayed here for two nights and could not come up with anything that could have been better. Especially Bruno’s hospitality was such an added value to our entire holiday! thanks a lot!

The accommodation is really great, especially the huge balcony and the interior design! Bruno is just lovely. He gives you space and quietness if you need it but you can also have friendly conversations.

There have been some roadworks just in front of the house, I think it would have been nice to know that. But other than that, everything was really good.

It was a great stay. Exceed expectation. Room is very clean, warm welcomed. The views of beatiful bridge on main river and town is very relaxing. Especially the garden & flowers around the house make you taking photos. Fresh airs, singing birds, calm & relaxing. Mr Gutzman give you all informations before you arriving with kindness. 10 to 10 is not enough. 휘르츠부르크를 자동차로 여행하시는 한국분들은 이곳이 저 좋습니다. 구경하시고 차로 15분이면 옵니다. 마을에 마트도 있으니 테라스에서 고기도 구어드시고 와인도 한잔하세요. 너무 힐링이 됩니다

Everything, the property was fantastic and Bruno an absolute a gent of a host. We arrived on a German bank holiday and had no food, Bruno gave us a bag of food supplies despite being low himself! Awesome.
