Die Wohnung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. TG -Stellplatz und eigenes Kellerabteil für Fahrräder vorhanden, Aufzug. Zentrale Lage und doch sehr ruhig. 50 Meter in die Fußgängerzone und ca 200 Meter bis zum Strand.
