Das Appartment ist in einem Brennpunkt. Das Geruchspektrum im Haus reicht von Cannabis über körperliche Ausscheiidungen, Schimmel, Rauch. Entsprechend riecht es auch im Appartment. Die Matratze riecht nach Rauch. Preis-Leistung ist unterirdisch. Wanne verdreckt, Schimmel im Bad, die Ecken verdreckt, Möbel billig und abgewohnt. Die Fotos geben nicht wieder, wie es wirklich ausschaut..Balkon war ausladend.

Schöne Wohnung zweckmäßig mit allem eingerichtet was benötigt wurde. Guter und schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter, der WC Spülkasten war defekt, dies wurde umgehend nach Absprache behoben. Parkplatz in der TG. Ansonsten konnte man das Auto eigentlich die ganze Zeit stehen lassen, U-Bahn vor dem Haus.

Nichts war alles in Ordnung.
