Schöne Lage mit tollem Blick auf die Ostsee. Schöner Balkon mit Strandkorb und drei Kettler Stühlen nebst Tisch. Sehr bequemes Sofa und Sessel. Sehr sauber. Komfortable modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Direkter Zugang zum Tiefgaragenstellplatz und zur Wohnung dank Aufzug.

Beim linken Nachtschrank war die obere Schublade defekt. Sie hing durch und war schwer zu Öffnen. Beleuchtung Wohnzimmerschrank und Schlafzimmerschrank war defekt. Mülleimer im Badezimmer war defekt. Deckel war nicht mehr richtig verankert. Es fehlte ein langstieliger Besen um mal ausfegen zu können.

Balcony is not very private, everybody walking to or from the beach will have a good look at you
