Well-appointed, spacious, and warm (January stay) upper floor one-bedroom apartment with side-by-side twin beds. Close to food shopping. About 10-15 minute walk to Selb Stadt bus/train stations, and main city square.

Wall heater settings in kitchen and living room were preset, leaving open windows as only means to cool it down (I prefer cooler indoor temperatures; others will not see this as an issue).
