Very gentle people, very helpful and very clean

Een hele goede privé parkeerplaats bij de accommodatie. Toegangscode voor accommodatie werkte goed en prettig. Zeer goede uitleg van tevoren van hoe de parkeerplaats te bereiken en de accommodatie binnen te komen.

Geen stoel met rugleuning bij eettafel, alleen bankjes.

Sehr zentral zur Stadtmitte , ein Pluspunkt ist der Parkplatz im Hof

Wäre gut an jedem Fenster auch einen Rolladen oder Verdunkelungsrollo anzubringen .

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. In die Stadt kann man zu Fuß gehen oder 2 Minuten entfernt mit der S1 fahren. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Selbst das Treppenaufgang ist einladend dekoriert. Es gibt einen überdachten Parkplatz direkt am Haus und eine Fahrradgarage, was für uns ein wichtiges Kriterium war. Wir empfehlen

Lediglich im Badezimmer war eine Lampe etwas defekt, hat geflackert. Kann ja ersetzt werden. Wir haben deswegen nur das Licht über dem Spiegel genutzt.

Apartment was very clean. Seemed well equipped. Beds comfortable. Fans available to keep spaces a little cooler during warm, humid weather. Bus & tram stop nearby. Augsburg is a beautiful city, & very convenient to Munich & Salzburg.

Responses to questions were slow & felt perfunctory. We arrived on a religious holiday. All shops & many eating places were closed. It would have been helpful to know this as we were unable to get basic items like bread & milk for breakfast. Check in was 4pm, check out 10am, 6 hours to clean a relatively small space seems excessive especially when guests are asked to empty all bins before checkout otherwise an extra charge is applied. The cleaner also arrived early as we were still preparing to depart. We were made aware by way of the apartment webpage that the building is old, but the plumbing work is very noisy, & the shower did not drain well. We had to keep turning off the water during a shower to avoid water spilling over the shower tray onto the bathroom floor. Other guests were noisy coming & going late at night. We didn't use the terrace as it faces other unattractive residential buildings, is over the carport & attracted a lot of insects in the evening. For the same reason, we couldn't open the terrace doors to cool the apartment, so had to use the fans to try keeping the space cool during a spell of humid weather. Both bedrooms are street facing & could be a bit noisy at night. Living/kitchenette space combined a little cramped. No washing machine as advertised on the listing. Details of a laundry service for an extra charge instead was left for guests to read in the apartment information booklet.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
