"Tolle Wohnung"

Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Umgebung, ca.20 Min zu Fuß.zum Einkaufen und zum Strand. Sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Der Balkon ist gross, bei Regen aber nicht nutzbar, Von der Tiefgarage fährt der Fahrstuhl direkt zur Wohnung ( 2.OG).

Es gibt keine Klimaanlage,die Wohnung war jetzt schon sehr warm - im Sommer würde ich dort oben nicht wohnen wollen. Anreise erst um 16 Uhr..

"Tolle Wohnung mit Sauberkeitsdefizit."

Für uns als Hundebesitzer war die Lage optimal. Alles fussläufig zu erreichen und man hatte es absolut ruhig. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage für Auto und Fahrräder.

Die Sauberkeit hat zu wünschen übrig gelassen, egal ob in der Wohnung oder im Treppenhaus. Es gibt zwar einen Staubsauger in der Wohnung, aber die Saugkraft ist auch eher so lala.
