"Great all around"

Cleanliness. Cozy common space. Very comfy beds. General amenities. Location right near the city centre. Cafés and bars nearby.

Late night screaming and shouting from the downstairs bar's patrons, but that's admittedly not the owner's fault.

"Uncomfortable place"

The only good thing was the location

Every day i got strange email for check in, but this isn’t airport so we have to check in as soon as we are in the hotel. They made me nervous and after calling booking.com it solved. The room and bathroom were dirty. The bed/linen was very old and worn out. There wasn’t even mirror. They gave 4-5 keys to carry + 2 pin code gates. In a word they did everything every detail for uncomfortable stay.

Расположение. К вокзалу 4 минуты. Центр города.

Нет лифта, подниматься с чемоданом на 3 этаж - ну...такое, идёшь вечером по лестнице с фонариком, так как свет включится только на 3 этаже, перед дверью в отель, только там сработает датчик движения, а с 1 по 3 этаж надо самой нести чемодан в руках и фонарь. В комнате убрано, на настольной лампе пыль в палец, кровать не удобная плюс ещё скрипит, старый матрас, постельное- низкого качества, подушка - 10 лет назад была хорошей (хуже подушки я не видела- це - жах, полностью сбитый синтепон. На кухне и в туалете - всё убрано и чисто, есть свч, холодильник, чайник, необходимая посуда, плитой не пользовалась. Не планирую больше пользоваться услугами этого отеля.

Lokalita byla fain, v centru města. Zároveň apartmán je prostorný.

Automatická komunikace z ubytování je extrémní. Jen v den příjezdu mi přišlo 5 mailů - 3 z nich bylo info o příjezdu, které chodilo zjevně z různých adres. Od chvíle rezervace po odjezd mi těch e-mailů přišlo tak 20. Druhá věc ze které jsme nebyly nadšené je čistota. Apartmán byl uklizený ale třeba jsme šáhly na ovladač a ten byl ulepený:(
