"Die Villa Seeadler wird leider zu wenig gepflegt."

Die Lage. Bequeme Betten.

Die Wohnung war sauber, nicht aber das Haus selber. Auch die Möbel auf dem Balkon waren schmutzig. Am schlimmsten war die Parkgarage. Mühsam zum parken und sehr schmutzig.

Gute Ausstattung, tolle Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade, Tiefgaragenstellplatz, wir hatten als Familie richtig viel Platz.

Leider steht nirgends, dass am Weg vor dem Balkon sehr viel Lieferverkehr für die Gastronomie an der Strandpromenade, langgeht. Wenn man morgens noch etwas Ruhe möchte ist dies die falsche Wohnung.

Tolle Lage, sehr groß und sauber. Die Strandpromenade ist 20m entfernt. Man macht nichts falsches mit dem Apartment.
