Pod apartamentem było sporo miejsc do parkowania. Było ciepło i czysto. Dostępny internet, ręczniki, suszarka. Łatwy meldunek, wygodne miejsca do spania. Apartament miał pomieszczenie na sprzęt narciarski i suszarkę do butów. Spod hotelu odjeżdżał bus pod sam stok.

Brakowało wieszaków w szafie i zewnętrznych. Nie było gdzie powiesić kurtek. Kuchnia słabo wyposażona - mało sztućców i zastawy (talerze, kubki). Ustawienie mebli nieprzemyślane.
