Die Lage ist sehr gut und zentral im Ortskern von Binz. Der Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig sehr schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Eigener Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

Die Ausstattung sollte teilweise erneuert werden (Geschirrspülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Bratpfanne).
