lawaaierig (Appartement Begane Grond ligt aan weg met redelijk wat verkeer) muffige reuk in appartement geen eigen buitenplaatsje alleen betaald parkeren in nabijheid

"Auf Grund der Geruchsbelästigung nicht zu empfehlen"

Der Vermieter war nett

Beim Betreten des Hauses bemerkten wir einen fiesen Geruch (muffig und nach WC) der sich in der Wohnung steigerte. Auch in der zweiten Wohnung , aus dem Haus und eine etwas rutschige Stahltreppe herunter, war der Geruch vorhanden. Aus diesem Grunde sahen wir uns gezwungen eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Auch waren die Wohnungen von der Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen und dementsprechend abgewohnt.
