Apartments am Frankenteich

Schlafzimmer waren ok, leider ab 07:00 Wochentags Baulärm. Sauberkeit im Badezimmer ist verbesserungsbedürftig- Uringeruch in der Nähe des WC. Kühlschrank ohne Gefrierteil. Balkon war zwar lang aber extrem schmal und die Möblierung leider nicht an die Platzverhältnisse angepasst.

Lovely apartment close to the centre, great.location and well.fitted.out. Staff very helpful when we lost a key and also had some problems with parking.

The information they gave on their website about where we could park was not up-to-date, two streets we're mentioned- one of them we could.not use because of roadworks, so we used the other and were given a parking ticket. Maybe rules had changed? Very helpful.when it happened, but need to give correct information in the first place.

Works in the area were not communicated by the host House clean in appearance but a tremendous amount of dusk under the bed No tea bags or coffee

Very nice details, super clean, you have everything you need to cook, close to the old center, bed comfortable , there was a problem with internet and they responded quickly to my messages and fixed it

The apartment I stayed was in the top floor with this kind of windows in the roof only. There was sometimes a bad smell in the toilet coming from the pipes but not terrible.

Well organised team manage a series of properties in Stralsund. All.contact is by email or text. We were very pleased with our apartment which was very well equipped & the largest of those available at the particular location (in a residential area)

The bedrooms were upstairs & the toilet downstairs. But this was only a very minor inconvenience.

New apartment, close to the city center, easy to park near the building.

Tricky parking in the garage for a medium and bigger cars (but it can be avoided by using public parking place). I was warned about it beforehand.

We liked very much the location of the Ferienwohnung. The rooms were cozy, equipped with everything needed. We very much enjoyed the roof terrace. Before our arrival we got nicely all the information about the apartment and the city. This was very helpful too.

We only wished we could stay longer to the Ferienwohnung and beautiful city of Stralsund.
