Ottima struttura e posizione. Eccellente per chi ha un cane. Comoda ai servizi, stazione di servizio e supermercato a 150 metri

per nostra abitudine, almeno una padella antiaderente.

"prima locatie, veel vierkante meter en een mooie prijs en dicht bij de Bodensee"

De prijs was prima, supermarkt lekker dichtbij op 200 meter, veel ruimte

Er was geen magnetron, de doorgaande weg was druk, maar te hebben. Streamen was met de tv niet mogelijk.

Frau Mayer hat sich sofort um Probleme gekümmert .... Zusatzgerät vom Fernseher ging kaputt. Treppenhaus wurde sauber gehalten . Putzhilfe war sehr freundlich. Es gab eigenen Sitzbereich im Außenbereich.

Frau Mayer hat uns auch außerhalb der üblichen CheckIn Zeiten freundlich in Empfang genommen und uns eine ausgiebige Einweisung gegeben. Obendrauf gab es noch ein paar nützliche Tipps für die Selbstverpflegung und das Umland sowie Hinweise zu schönen Gassi Strecken. Ich habe eine Unterkunft noch nie SO sauber gesehen. Also wirklich, selbst manches 4 Sterne Hotel ist da nicht so akribisch und das obwohl die Ferienwohnungen kein Neubau sind, außerdem sind die Ferienwohnungen ein gern genutzter Aufenthaltsort von Hunde Besitzern. TIPPTOP !!!

Der Ort ist leider ziemlich klein und ein Durchfahrtsort. Man hört die Hauptstraße bei offenem Fenster auch nachts. Für empfindliche Ohren ist das Dauerrauschen - welches durch Regen noch verstärkt wird - schwierig. Die Parkplätze sind ausreichend auf dem Gelände aber mit großem Fahrzeug muss man etwas rangieren. Flur und Bad sind etwas hellhörig. Leider hatte von 3 Fenstern nur eines ein Fliegennetz, so das man nachts nur 1 Fenster öffnen konnte. Die Mücken am Feldrand meinen es nämlich ernst.
