Gute Lage in Hörnum, direkte Strandnähe, tolle Aussicht, große Dusche, viele Ablagemöglichkeiten in Küche und Bad, schöner Einbauschrank für Kleidung, gute Raumaufteilung der Wohnung- auch hochwertig und gut durchdacht.

Zum Teil billige, wackelige Ikea-Möbel, z.B. Kommoden, Wohnzimmertisch… , WC-Deckel lose und unpassend zum WC-Becken, Klopapier-Rollenhalter unnütz angebracht (unergonomisch), Bodenablauf der Dusche unzureichend, Kunststoff-Oberfläche des Bettrückens zerbröselt auf die Kopfkissen, Sofa extrem durchgesessen, Geschirr z.T. defekt, Kochtöpfe dreckig, Schirmständer defekt, Terrassenmöbel z.T. defekt und sehr unbequem (nicht wie den Abbildungen entsprechend), Holzterrasse mit defekten Dielen (Verletzungsgefahr), TV-Programme teilweise nicht anwählbar (ARD, N3),
