The apartment was well-located with an efficient layout. It had one bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, and a foldable bed, which was comfortable. The host was friendly on the first day and provided clear instructions on how to retrieve the keys, ending the call once we had entered the apartment.

One point to note is that the main door was the only one with a functioning lock. The balcony door had a lock, but no key was provided, and the other doors did not have locks. Although the floor was dirty, it didn’t concern us much since we only planned to use the apartment for sleeping. The towels and sheets provided were clean, which was a positive aspect. However, after we left the apartment and were on our way home, we received a message from the host stating that the housekeeper had found damage on the balcony, and we were required to pay for it. The claimed damage involved two holes in the ceramic tiles on the balcony wall, which surprised us, given that we were traveling with two babies and had hardly used the balcony. When we questioned this, the host responded that he trusted his housekeeper’s judgment. This incident affected our overall experience. We recommend taking photos or videos of every part of the accommodation upon arrival to avoid potential disputes over damages.

Super modern, clean apartment. Everything is very close and comfortable. All facilities included.

Using the toilet is not so comfortable, because of the very small space. They may have to remove the cupboard under the handwash. No use of the cupboard anyway.

The location and the balcony are great.

The chemicals used for washing the sheets gave three of us allergies. We asked to change the dates without reducing the number of days we would be staying, but the owner declined despite the day we were asking to move to was available in the calendar.

Many supermarkets near and near to the exibition center.

I went a few days before my friends and then my friends came. Then we stayed all together. 1 - The cleaning team came to the aprtment when we are at the exhibition center without our knowledge. 2 - They took the photos of the sofa to show us that we damaged it but it was the same when we arrived the apartment. It can even be seen at the photos on the page when we booked the apartment. 3 - The apartment owner asked 1000 Euro for the damaged sofa but it was before us. 4 - The apartment owner tried to command us to leave the apartment at the night time if we do not pay that 1000 Euro. 5 - There was a water leakage to the apartment below and everynight that neighbour came to say us ' please do not use water ' She already had many complaints about this apartment's owner at the past. 6 - Never accept to send money directly to their bank account because it may be rejected and come back to your account. Meanwhile , he wats you to compensate all the bank commissions by your side. So you will lose... decision is yours after all these...

Location near to the exhibition center but far away from the city center.

The apartment owner has a bad intention. Take the photos or videos of every detail when you enter the apartment.Otherwise he can ask for extra money for damaged furniture or any other detail. Anything damaged before you , he can ask you to pay the cost of it by blaming & charging you.He even tried to take us our of the apartment like a child. Near these , there was water leakage to the apartment below . Police came to check it and everynight the neighbour at the below aprtment came to say ' please do not use the water ' She had many complaints about this apartment owner. Not a responsible apartment owner with bad intention. We were worrying everyday what problem he will bring to us... If you want a comfortable , we can say ' keep far away from that apartment owner ...

Check in was easy, the appartment was really clean and quiet. Heating was always available on demand, also hot water. A really convenient stay, with a very helpful host. We travelled for business and we were close to the train/taxis and everything else transport-wise. Also, right across the appartment there is a big super market to cover all your breakfast and lunch/dinner needs. Saving it for next year when we're coming back!
