"Alles was ich brauche, gut geduscht und geschlafen, für knapp über 30 Euro eine gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit!"

Gutes Bett, sauber, Dusche ok, souterrain Gang nach draußen, recht ruhig, Platz für mein Rad! :-)

Fenster war sehr dreckig, kaum ne Chance rauszugucken ;-) abends und morgens viel Rummel oben im Haus, war froh, dass ich unten im souterrain meine Ruhe hatte

La ubicación y que en la puerta del sitio hubiese una parada de tranvía que te lleva o a el centro o a la Hbf.

Que no es un apartamento entero, sino un apartamento con varias habitaciones dentro, por lo que la descripción de apartamento entero y baño privado, es mentira.
