Attraktive Wohnung im schönen Hinterhof

Centraal en toch rustig gelegen. Ruim appartement, met klein balkon en uitzicht op de tuin. Groot en comfortabel bed. Veel kastruimte. Keuken volledig ingericht, zelfs met vaatwasser.

Je moet even goed opletten met het spatscherm boven het bad, bij de douche. Als je het niet goed plaatst, lekt er water op de grond.

Great location. Very cozy apartment in a quiet area. Still, it’s in the center of the town.

The owner is very nice and the communication was great. The flat is conveniently located near the main attractions. Highly recommend

location was superb, Dirk met us at the apartment with keys but there was also a box . We loved this apartment, you could eat out on the terrace, and hear the music from the church. Dirk the owner answered all our questions through booking.com as he didn't speak english, so it was translated. All very good

If I could give 10 stars, this apartment would get them! I am just back from a three day trip to lovely Schwerin, my first - but definitely not last- visit to this interesting old city with a lot of history. I was attracted to Dirk’s apartment because it promised quiet rooms and we only had to climb up one flight of stairs ( travelling with my 90 year old mum, this was paramount). And the apartment kept what was promised! A peaceful oasis with a big balcony overlooking apple trees ( and some other apartment buildings). We were really lucky with the weather and had breakfast in the sun. Everything we needed was supplied- lovely bedding, comfortable very big double bed and sofabed, cuddly fleece blankets, soft and plentiful towels. The kitchen was superbly equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob, even a dishwasher! Toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Proper beautiful wine and champagne glasses, stylish crockery, plenty of spices, coffee and filters. There’s a washing machine in the spacious bathroom. Lots of great artwork in all rooms. I adored this place and wish I could stay forever!! It’s situated 5 minutes‘ walk from the dome and old town with its many shops, restaurants, cafés and icecream bars. And as for Dirk- a heartfelt THANK YOU for all your help and advice and immediate replies when we were delayed on the train journey! Dirk was incredibly proactive and helpful and made sure we were supremely comfortable. Highly recommended!!!!

Renovated and very nice apartment, quiet location near the centre. Excellently furnished.

There wasn't much need to communicate so this wasn't much of an issue, but the host doesn't speak English.
