Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung 1und2 die einen Gemeinschaftsküche haben. Die Wohnungen haben einen Hausflur der geteilt wird und über den die Küche erreichbar ist. Leider ist das Personal einfach ohne Ankündigung in das Haus gekommen um dort Sachen raus zu holen. Wir waren damit sehr unglücklich weil unser Hund dort mit Rum gelaufen ist und wir uns dann immer nicht mehr getraut hatten den Hund laufen zu lassen oder die Innentür offen zu lassen. Und jegliches Sicherheitsgefühl war weg. Leider. Ansonsten war es schön.

The listing does not mention that the apartment has a shared kitchen. The sound insulation between rooms is terrible, and the vibrations from the heat pump were also disturbing and made it difficult to sleep.

Location was perfect and quiet. Beautiful garden that allowed to roast sausages. Outdoor seating was perfectly covered so you sit outside even while it's a bit raining. We've stayed in the apartment DeLuxe.

The freezer had too much ice (so, I must remove that right after arrival). The stairs are too risky to walk for person with a bit of disabilities (no handrail especially around first 4 steps while walking upstairs). Although there's a fireplace, no equipment for wood manipulation and nothing to help cleaning the ashes, no equipment to make a fire - no matches, no lighter). No laundry rack - so, it's a bit of improvisation to dry wet clothes and towels. Although there's broom, then you have no brush and no dustpan. The sink in the kitchen is placed very weirdly and thus washing the dishes is a bit of "torture" for spine. If these smaller bits will be improved then I'm sure the ratings will improve too.
