Hinweis auf extrem schmale und steile Treppe hat gefehlt Hellhörigkeit und knarrender Fußboden Baustellenlärm direkt nebenan Stark befahrene Hauptstraße direkt vor der Tür Fehlende Sitzauflagen für Balkonbestuhlung
