Lovely apartment in the middle of the wonderful city of Kulmbach. Steps from the Marketplaz and many restaurants and shops. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. The building was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. There is not parking next to the apartment, but there is a large public lot very close to the building so parking was not an issue. Communication with the host was exceptionally easy and fast. Code to the building made it very easy to access.

It was not a problem for us, but the unit is on the third floor (which makes views and light very nice), but there are a number of stairs to the apartment. Just a consideration if you are renting.

Perfect location. You have everything that you need.

The sofa in the living room was so old that the leather was falling apart.

Very clean and spacious apartment. All was tidy and it holds a kitchen with stove and refrigerator. This means you can be self supporting during the stay. The Market is just a very short walk. Good beds, great shower and happy to return.

The location is as good as it gets; the unit was super cute and clean.
