No AC, and bed cover seemed bit old. And toilet out of room was bit inconvenient

Easy check-in, nice apartment close to the city center and Grugapark. Cozy bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Literally next to the hospital.

The host didn't answered when we had an issue with the code lock. We had the set of the keys but none from the apartment door worked! Had to call locksmith to be able to get there but the issue wasnt solved by host at all! We had to leave the apartment "open" because we wouldnt be able to enter there for the rest of the stay.. Feeling sad to say this when everything else was fine.

It was a comfortable bed and we could cook our food, also it was clean and close to the EDEKA store.

It was pretty noisy, you could hear the neighbours and the toilet with a bathroom wasn't at the same property, it was next door. Also difficult with parking, especially if you are coming with a van.

Location ok. Spacios enough. Kitchen well equiped. No alocated parking but was fair easy to find spots around. You also do not need to pay for parking in most places.

One socket in the bathroom was half way out of the wall. Combined with wet environment = healt hazard. Cleanliness need to improve. Not bad, but there is place for better. Beds way too soft for my taste. I could not managed to make the TV to work, although the WiFi was working. Host did not provide and emergency contact number.

Room is in the 3rd floor, I needed someone help to bring baggages. There is no washmachine in my room, so I went a Waschsalon. When you use bathroom, every time you must go out from the door, walk corridor 10 feets and open the door of the bathroom. The room was cleaned, but there are uncountable pills on the bed sheet, I bought a sheet in a shop, smells of others in pillows. When you have a question, the owner send reply quickly. You can get 2 minutes to EDEKA und dm.
