Top Lage.

Die Feinheiten passen nicht zum Preis. Schönheitsreparaturen stehen mittlerweile an und sollten durchgeführt werden. Die Reinigung der Badezimmer sollte verstärkt werden da Stockflecken in den Fugen sowie Seifenreste nicht sein müssen. Auch defekte Einrichtungen im Bad (Brausekopf,Schlauch sowie nicht mehr beleuchteter Spiegel) hat uns beim wiederholten Besuch nicht gefallen. Auch weitere Mängel sind auffällig gewesen in der Gesamteinrichtung wie der Herd welcher über keine funktionierende Absaugung mehr verfügt. Rund um das Finish hat sehr stark nachgelassen. Schade.

Die Villa Liegestuhl ist eine sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in Toplage. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin ist außerordentlich freundlich und wir durften die Wohnung vor der geplanten Anreisezeit beziehen als auch am Tag der Abreise einige Stunden länger dort verweilen. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen.

"Udany wypad z przyjaciółkami"

Duży przestronny apartament, czysty, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Świetna lokalizacja, 200 m do Ostseebrücke. Okolica spokojna, w restauracjach smacznie i kulturalnie. Sellin jest fantastycznym miejscem startowym do zwiedzania wyspy, a Villa Louisa świetnym wyborem, jeśli lubicie porządek, ciszę i spokój, a wieczorem przytulny kącik do rozmów czy poczytania książki.

Mały minus za brak kontenera na szkło w śmietniku zbiorczym. Musiałyśmy szukać na mieście.

Die Größe der Wohnung und die nähe zum Wasser

Mann konnte abends nicht die Fenster vom Schlafzimmer öffnen, einmal Hauseingang und einmal der Fußweg nach oben mit Sitzecke, wo auch gegessen und Geraucht wurde. Dafür war es doch zu teuer. Bestimmte Mängel die es vor zwei Jahren schon gab, bestanden immer noch.
