Actually, It is a privately owned property and you feel like you’re at “home”.

The owner is just a property owner, and I felt a little frustrated by her some rude attitudes. As she does not a “business” owner, it would be better for you to keep that in mind and not to expect much professionalism.

Everything was great and good amenities in the flat. Friendly hosts.

Pillows could be a little puffier/ harder. They are quite flat.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly hosts who made us feel right at home. The apartments are simply beautiful, tastefully decorated with attention to detail and equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The level of cleanliness was impeccable, and we were impressed by how well-maintained and spotless everything was. Location-wise, this hotel is perfect. Situated in a convenient and picturesque area, it offered easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptionally well-equipped kitchenette. We were pleasantly surprised by the array of cooking utensils and appliances provided, which allowed us to prepare our own meals with ease. It truly felt like a home away from home. Overall, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of perfect. The combination of friendly hospitality, beautiful apartments, exceptionally well-equipped facilities, and ideal location made our stay truly memorable. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and look forward to returning in the future!

Spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom unit with mountain views from every window, even though this unit was not the top storey. Kind and helpful host who provided the local guest cards for free travel in the region, which was amazing. About a 15 minute walk from the main train station, and short walk to shops. The deposit transfer arrangement worked well. This region is beautiful, we visited the Zugspitz, Ettal, Linderhof, and walked the Partnachklamm gorge. Very enjoyable stay.
